The Remington Suite Hotel and Spa offers a variety of meeting spaces, including one conference room, a small meeting room suitable for mid-sized gatherings.

The Boardroom
Features a large conference table with seating for 10 and TV with HDMI Capabilities. The boardroom is located in the hotel lobby (on the first floor), with restrooms directly across.
The Bridal Parlor
Features dining table with seating for 6 with additional seating around the perimeter of the room. Our bridal parlor doubles as an intimate meeting space, perfect for small group discussions or training sessions. It is located off of the Remington Rooftop, making it a unique site for your next gathering.
The Gallery Room
Features 4-9ft. Wooden Farm Tables, an overhead sound system with a wireless mics, kitchen space with microwave and fridge, and ice machine. The Gallery Room is located on the second floor, accessed via the grand staircase in the lobby. With floor to ceiling mirrors on one end of the room and windows spanning the width of the room, there is plenty of natural light.
The Ballroom
Features exposed brick and beam ceilings. Elegant chandeliers draping the entire space. A grand bar and overhead speaker system system with wireless mics. Access to the rooftop event space.along with a champagne wall event rentals.
The Rooftop
Attached to the ballroom event space. The turf covered area offers a vast stage along with comfortable outdoor seating and fire pits. An extensive space for events, playing with pets or enjoying a drink with a sunset view of downtown shreveport.
