The Remington Suite Hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of check-in will cause you to procure a cancellation fee for the first night's room charge (taxes will apply).
A $100 credit card authorization is due when checking in. The cash deposit is returned upon check-out and room inspection, and the credit card authorization is released. Depending on your financial constitution, this could take anywhere from 1-7 business days to reappear in your account. Guests are responsible for damages and excessive clean-up required by staff.
All suites at the Remington Suite Hotel are unique in shape, size, color, and décor. The Remington Suite Hotel can not guarantee a specific suite. The hotel can only ensure a suite's class.
First-night stay will be taken at booking of reservation. There is a credit card required for this reservation. Payment for room and tax will be taken at the time of booking.
A debit/credit card is required to check in, a hold will be placed on your card account for a security/incidental through your date of check-out, and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

If you are booking a stay of over a week with us, you must call the hotel to make this reservation as we have specific policies in place for such a reservation.
You must be over 21 years of age to reserve a suite.
No parties are allowed in any suite without management approval. Room capacity is up to four guests. Only hotel guests registered at the front desk are permitted in rooms after 10 PM. Registered guests who choose not to comply will be asked to leave.
All suites sleep two adults but have a four-person capacity. There is a $20 charge if and when there is a third or fourth adult.
The Remington Suite Hotel is 100% non-smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes. We reserve the right to charge a $300 cleaning fee, which may result in other consequences, including additional fees and/or removal from the premises.
The Remington Suite Hotel and Spa will not be responsible for any kind of accident or injury to guests, loss of money, or jewelry or valuables.
This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. For the safety and comfort of our guests, the hotel staff reserves the right to refuse lodging for inappropriate activities.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
